Can only companies or private customers also order?
We respond to inquiries promptly with professional advice and a personal offer. Therefore, ordering directly via our website www.allprotec.de not possible.
Private customers can easily purchase protective workwear and workwear via the online shop www.omniprotect.de order.
Is there additional advice via a service hotline?
Sometimes not all the answers can be found in our detailed article descriptions. Then we are there for a personal consultation! Contact us either by phone, e-mail or video chat. Our long-standing and experienced employees will be happy to help. We can be reached via our service hotline 0511-679997-0 from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Do I have to observe a minimum order value?
The minimum order value is €50 net value of goods. Below €50 we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of €5.
I have received an offer. How long is the price from the offer valid?
I have received a payment reminder / reminder and have already paid. What can I do?
From what value are orders delivered free of charge?
From a net value of €500 we deliver free of charge within Germany (except islands). For delivery to the German islands, a surcharge is always charged. Below a net value of goods of €500, we charge shipping costs per package.
Deliveries to other European countries are also possible. We will be happy to advise you on the exact shipping costs for delivery abroad in a personal dialogue.
How long is the delivery time usually?
Orders that reach us by phone or e-mail are usually processed on the same day. When ordering by telephone, the employee can already name a delivery date on the phone.
After receipt of the order, we will send an order confirmation by e-mail with a delivery date. We deliver stock goods by parcel service (DPD and DHL) within 24-48 hours. Experience has shown that delivery takes a little longer (2-3 working days) for freight forwarding orders. For goods that we will not have in stock, the delivery date will be confirmed with an order confirmation.
Part of my order was not delivered. When will the rest of the goods arrive?
If part of the order has not been delivered, the delivery note can be used to determine which goods are marked as partial delivery. As soon as the missing items arrive in our warehouse, we will send the remaining shipment directly and without extra shipping costs.
What are the shipping costs at Allprotec®?
Under €500 net value of goods we charge the following shipping costs:
- 1 package €8,90
- 2 packages €15.60
- 3 packages €22.30
- 4 packages €29.00
- 5 packages €35,70
Of course, we also send the delivery to the German islands or to other European countries. We will then communicate the exact shipping costs for these deliveries separately.
Does Allprotec® also deliver abroad?
Yes, we also deliver the goods to addresses in other European countries. We will be happy to advise you on the exact delivery conditions.
What should be considered when returning the goods?
However, if the wrong item has been ordered, we will not be able to cover the costs of the return and we will ask you to return the goods. Parcels sent freight collect will not be accepted.
By when does the invoice have to be paid? Is there a discount?
Our invoices are due immediately and must be paid without deduction within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. If you pay within 10 days of the invoice date, we will grant a 2% discount if all previous invoices have been settled. We are also happy to refer to our Policies .
Can the order be cancelled and does it have to be done in writing?
However, since we usually ship stock goods on the same day, it may be that the delivery has already been handed over to the shipping service provider. We therefore recommend that you check the order confirmation as soon as possible so that we can still implement the desired changes.
If the goods have already been shipped, cancellation is also possible. In this case, however, we cannot cover the costs for the return and ask you to return the goods. Parcels sent freight collect will not be accepted.
Can items be exchanged? If so, under what conditions.
Due to the very large program, there are always special orders that we are happy to carry out for our customers. These special orders are excluded from cancellation and return. We note this on all papers.
Are refined goods excluded from exchange?
What are the opening hours of the warehouse for delivery and self-collection?
Our warehouse has the following opening hours:
Mon to Thu: 7.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.
Fri: 7.00 a.m. – 2.30 p.m.
Lunch break: 12.00 pm – 12.30 pm
From what value of goods is shipping free of charge?
From a net value of €500, the goods will be delivered free of charge within Germany (excluding islands).
